How it works

A four-step workflow built for predictable Mondays.

From the moment the case leaves your office to the moment it's seated, you'll know where it is, who's working on it, and when it's coming back.

01

Send the case

Take a traditional impression and drop off the tray, or upload a digital scan – both are equally welcome. New accounts receive a starter kit with everything you need.

02

Design review

We review margins, occlusion and contacts before milling. If something looks off in the scan, you'll hear from us – not weeks later.

03

Fabrication & finishing

In-house milling, characterization and glaze. Shade-matched against your photos – not just a generic A2.

04

Delivery

Local courier or scheduled pickup. Cases arrive on the day promised, with notes on any adjustments to verify chairside.

Traditional & digital, both welcome

About

One pair of hands. Your case, from start to finish.

At most dental laboratories, a single crown moves through four or five different technicians – a designer, a CAD operator, a miller, a ceramist, a finisher. Small inconsistencies in interpretation compound across the workflow, and the lab never quite learns how your office likes its margins, contacts, or shade tone.

Infinity is built differently. Every case is designed, milled, characterized, finished, and inspected by Justin personally – the same eye, the same hands, the same standard from prescription to delivery. When you ask for a half-shade warmer or a tighter posterior contact, it lands directly with the person making the restoration.

Over time, that consistency turns into something a larger lab can't replicate: Justin learns each office's preferences. Which dentists want warmer anterior shades, which need tighter contacts, which prefer longer margins on cement-retained implant crowns – that implicit knowledge travels with every case.

"If I can't sit a case with confidence, I won't send it out. That's the standard."

Owner-operated Every case touched by Justin, not handed off
Calgary-based Local pickup, local accountability, local turnaround

The Infinity difference

One pair of hands, from prep design to glaze.

Larger labs route a single crown through four or five technicians before it ships – a designer, a CAD operator, a miller, a ceramist, a finisher. Each handoff is a chance for small interpretive differences to compound. Infinity is built around a different idea.

At most laboratories

A single crown, several pairs of hands

  • A designer reads your prescription
  • A different CAD operator builds the case
  • A miller runs the puck
  • A ceramist interprets your shade photos
  • A finisher does the glaze and polish
  • Your office's preferences reset between technicians
At Infinity Dental Lab

Justin, end to end – every case

  • Reads your prescription personally
  • Designs the case in CAD
  • Mills, characterizes, and glazes
  • Shade-matches against your photos
  • Inspects and signs off before shipping
  • Remembers your office's preferences case to case
Four years of doing this himself has given Justin the kind of memory a multi-technician workflow can't replicate – which Calgary dentists prefer warmer anterior shades, which need tighter posterior contacts, which want longer margins on cement-retained implant crowns. That implicit knowledge travels with every case you send to Infinity. Over time, your work gets better, not just more consistent.
Why dentists choose Infinity

Three things you stop worrying about.

Turnaround you can plan around

Every case gets a confirmed delivery date when it's received – not an estimate. If we can't meet it, you hear about it before it's a problem.

Fit that seats the first time

Design review before milling, careful margin reading, and meticulous finishing. The goal is a case that doesn't need chairside heroics.

Comms that don't get lost

For patients

Wondering where your crown is actually made?

If your Calgary dentist sends their crowns, bridges, implants or night guards to Infinity Dental Lab, your restoration is being made right here in Calgary by a Canadian dental technician – not shipped overseas, not mass-produced.

Locally made restorations mean shorter wait times, the ability to fine-tune shade and fit against your actual smile, and a real person who can be reached if something needs adjusting. We work with dental offices throughout Calgary and surrounding communities.

Frequently asked

Answers, before you have to ask.

What's the fastest way to reach Justin?

Text is fastest – (403) 714-4052. Email is a close second. Both reach Justin directly at the bench, and both give you a written record of every shade note, photo, and timeline commitment. Phone calls are welcome too, especially for time-sensitive issues, but text and email travel faster and leave less room for anything to be misheard between operatories.

How do I open an account or send a first case?

Text (403) 714-4052, email [email protected], or fill out the form below. New offices receive a free starter kit with Rx pads, shade guides, impression packaging, and a setup call to walk through case submission – whether you scan, take traditional impressions, or both.

What's in the new-account kit?

Custom Infinity Rx pads, a Vita / 3D-Master shade conversion card, prepaid case packaging for traditional impressions, a digital-scan submission guide for every major scanner, Justin's direct cell, and a first-case follow-up to confirm fit and shade. It ships free by courier and most offices are submitting cases within 48 hours of receiving it.

What's the turnaround on a crown or bridge?

Turnaround varies by case complexity and current schedule – every case is confirmed in writing when it's received, so you have a date you can plan around. Rush options are available; ask when submitting.

Do you accept traditional (analog) impressions?

Yes – fully. Many of our partner offices send traditional PVS or alginate impressions, and we're just as comfortable working from a physical tray as from a digital scan file. We schedule pickup rounds across Calgary for tray drop-offs, and apply the same design, milling, and finishing standards regardless of how the case arrives.

What digital scanners and file formats do you accept?

All of them, in practice. We routinely receive cases from iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit (i500/i700), Dentsply Primescan, and CEREC, and we accept raw STL, PLY, and DCM files via direct upload. If you're new to digital scanning and considering a scanner, we'll walk your team through file submission once you have one.

Which implant systems do you restore?

Straumann is our primary system for screw-retained crowns – including Angle Correction where indicated – and we work with custom titanium and Ti-base zirconia abutments for cement-retained cases. If you're working with a less common system, send us a note and we'll confirm compatibility before the case arrives.

Are restorations actually made in Calgary?

Yes. Every case is designed, milled, characterized, and finished in our Calgary lab by Justin personally. Nothing is outsourced or sent overseas.

I'm a patient – can my dentist work with you?

If your dentist isn't already a referring office, let them know about us, or send us a note and we'll be in touch with their practice. We're always happy to talk to new clinicians in Calgary and surrounding areas.

Send us your next case.

Whether you have a single crown sitting on your bench or you're thinking about switching labs entirely – the easiest first step is to text Justin a quick photo and a few details. He'll take it from there.

Contact

The fastest way is to text.

Text and email reach Justin directly at the bench, with a written record of every shade note, photo, and turnaround commitment. Phone is welcome, especially for urgent issues – just know the line rings in a lab, not a front desk.
